Hi!  I am attorney Rob Taylor. I handle all the bankruptcy matters in my office. I practice nothing but Bankruptcy Law, primarily specializing in Chapter 7 consumer cases. Over the past 15 years, I have handled over 500 Chapter 7 cases. I have wiped out tens of millions of dollars of debts for my clients. Since 1995, I have handled only two cases that did not result in a bankruptcy discharge. This makes my success rate over 99% and why I feel confident enough to offer a money back guarantee in most cases.

I completed my legal education at Western State University College of Law, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Laws in 1992 and a Juris Doctor in 1994. I graduated in the top 20% of my class. I passed the California State Bar Exam on my first attempt, February 1995, and officially received my license to practice, No.181241, on December 21, 1995. No one has ever filed a complaint against me with the State Bar of California. You can check my State Bar status here. I opened my own practice in December 1995. Originally, my focus was on Family Law, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, and Civil matters. However, my true passion being bankruptcy, I have practiced Bankruptcy Law exclusively since 2007. I am admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of California. and admitted to practice before our local Federal Court by the United States District Court for the Central District of California. I am a proud member of the Orange County Bar Association and am even prouder to be a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

I am a member of Avvo, an organization where, among other things, you can get free legal advice from attorneys and other professionals. On their website, you can view my profile, post questions, or review my past answers.
